Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions applying to your booking and the event (including Moonee Valley Racing Club's Cancellation and refund policy and conditions) are available on the MVRC website at www.mvrc.net.au or by contacting Customer Service on 1300 79 79 59. You agree to and will abide by those terms and conditions. Your booking is subject to availability. The MVRC reserves the right to refuse to sell or supply corporate packages to any company or individual.

Agreement
A binding agreement is effective upon receipt of full payment.


Payment Date and Conditions
All bookings in excess of $5000 which are paid by credit card incur an additional fee of 2%.
All bookings must be paid for in full within 14 days of the booking date.


Admission Tickets
The MVRC does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen admission tickets. The client must keep a record of the printed number on each ticket. No admission tickets will be issued until full payment is received and all funds are cleared.

Use of Facility
Clients and their guests are not permitted to supply their own food and beverages. Moonee Valley Racecourse is a smoke free venue and adopts the strict responsible service of alcohol policy.

On -Selling
You are not permitted to sell or on-sell any part of your facility without the prior approval of MVRC.
