Entertainment

The Antipodean Rock Collective (ARC) featuring members of legendary Australian bands Spiderbait, Jet, Powderfinger, You Am I and the Wrights will be rocking the front lawn stage to pump up the party atmosphere. The band will be rocking the Beer Garden from after Race 2 and bring to life the most popular destination on course.

Not only will the beers be cold but the food will be plentiful! There will 11 of Melbourne’s best Food Trucks on course including Biggie Smalls, Fancy Hanks, White Guy Cooks Thai and Brother Hen just to name a few.

Racing

The 50th running of the Ladbrokes Manikato Stakes is going to be one for the ages! A field jam packed of Group 1 sprinters will take their place for the richest prize under lights and share in $1 million and join the honour roll with fellow champions Redoute’s Choice, Sunline, Hay List and Chautauqua.

Can ‘The Thunder From Down Under’ do it again and become the sixth dual winner of the race or will the interstate gallopers In Her Time, English, Viddora and Rock Magic show their class?
